Growth Mindset: How to Praise Your Child

For my growth mindset for the week, I read this article about How to Praise Your Child and before reading it, I made assumptions about what I was going to read. I thought the book would be more about spoiling children rather than replacing negative words with positive and effective ones. The article confirmed one of my opinions which was that praising your child can build their self-esteem because children respond well to positive feedback. One thing I did not know was the type of comments that were made and I would be willing to try these comments on either my children or any children in my family in the near future.
