For my growth mindset, I decided to focus on Negative Thinking because this week, I found myself being the victim of my own negative thoughts. One thing I know about the topic is that it is kind of related to Overthinking because both tend to lead a person to have panic attacks about either something or someone. The illustration that was attached to the article, made me look at the topic from a new perspective because it showed me that my perception of something could be different from what someone else sees. What I learned and could do in the future is try to look at things from someone else's perspective and try to understand why they see things a certain way.
