For my learning challenge this week I decided to look at an article that contained some exercises I can do at my desk to take a break from homework or other reading assignments. The exercises I read in the article were related to Yoga and is said to relieve tension in your body after hours of sitting in front of the computer. The exercises I am going to do include the Open Chest Stretch, Shoulder Roll, Neck Stretch, Chair Twist, Reverse Prayer Pose, and the Twisted arms pose. I plan on discussing the results of these exercises and how effective they are next week.
