Learning Challenge: Deskercises Pt. 2

Deskercises
 This week I decided to do more Deskercises because I have been doing a lot of work at my desk so to keep my legs and joints from locking up I decided to do more wall sits, active arm stretches, and shadow boxing. These exercises really helped me not experience the usual tightness I feel in my body when I sit for long periods of time typing.
